Been without power for almost 24 hours. Freezing rain on top of wet snow is tough on trees. Great to have it back with temp to drop to 20 tonight.

Just in from a celebratory and damn fine DPG My Father lancero.

Good on ya Toby. Don't let the weather run you inside. :beerchug:

Visited my local B&M today to meet up with a few folks on this side. Started off with a RyJ Short Churchill that was pretty good. Moved on to a Partagas Serie P No. 2 that was great down to the finger burning nub.

Very, very nice place and now I'm considering getting a membership just to sit in this place, smoke, and look at all the cigar porn. Kind of pricey but the amount of cigar porn I saw today was RECOCKULOUS! I'm going to be divorced in a month....maybe two.

well i just got back from the field and while out there i smoked a perdomo habano corojo, and a 5vegas classic torp. with about 6 months of humi time. it made the difference between a good cigar and a really good cigar. weather sucked and some burn issues on both, but it made the army FTX suck less.

My C-Bid shipment came today & since I was home alone (no school) I couldn't resist the temptation to smoke one of the Joya De Nicaragua Crillio's I had won. I like the CAO's but was hoping the JDN's packed a bit more punch (I think the CAO's are a bit too mild). I got the box of 25 for only $40, so it was a worth while risk.....

These things are GREAT!!! At less than $2 a stick they are a steal!!

Friday night I had a CAO Sopranos Boss. Good cigar. Too bad I missed out on the CI "weekly" deal on these last week, which sold out in less than a day.

Yesterday I had a Padron 3000 maddy before the game. Also a good cigar.

Tonight I had a Sol Cubano maddy while snowblowing the driveway. This was just the second one I smoked. The first, pretty much ROTT, I had trouble keeping lit. This one, with 15 months of humi time, I managed to drop in the snow three times, and it never went out. Takes a licking and keeps on ticking...just what you want in a yard gar. Flavor wasn't bad, either.

Perdomo Habano, Corojo tonight. Glad I can smoke in the office, it's supposed to get down to 4 degrees.

Damn, I miss some warm weather and knocking around the yard with a cigar.
